Automatically collected information

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and is fully GDPR/CCPA compliant. Plausible only records anonymized aggregate data such as page views and referral sources.

To improve our content and tools based on aggregate usage patterns

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes

3. Data Storage & Security

Your email address is stored securely in Supabase (an enterprise-grade PostgreSQL database with row-level security). We apply industry-standard encryption and access controls. We retain your data for as long as you remain subscribed.

4. Your Rights

You may unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send. To request deletion of your data, email us at hello@migratecolombia.com and we will remove your information within 30 days.

If you are in the European Union (EU/EEA), you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data.

5. Cookies

MigrateColombia does not use tracking cookies. Our analytics provider (Plausible) is cookieless by design. We use localStorage only to save your light/dark theme preference — no personal data is involved.

Google Fonts — used for typography; Google may log your IP for font delivery
Unsplash — photography CDN for site images
Open Exchange Rates / ExchangeRate API — for live COP/USD conversion in the calculator

MigrateColombia is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify subscribers of material changes via email. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
