How do I join a live webinar?

After you reserve your spot and complete payment, we'll send you a Zoom link via email 24 hours before the webinar starts. Simply click the link at the scheduled time to join the session. You can use video/audio or audio-only, and join from any device.
What if I can't attend the live session?

No problem! All webinars are recorded and you'll receive access to the full recording for 90 days. You'll also get the slide deck PDF and follow-up notes. However, you won't be able to ask live questions during the session. If you miss the live event, you can purchase the recording separately.

Absolutely. When you register, you'll have an opportunity to submit questions. Our hosts prioritize questions that are specific to Colombia relocation, and we do our best to address as many as possible during the live session. Questions submitted early get priority in the Q&A portion.
Do I need any special software or technical setup?

You just need Zoom, which is free and easy to use. Zoom works on computers, tablets, and smartphones. We recommend testing your audio/video setup 10 minutes before the session starts. If you have any technical issues, our support team is available via email.
Is there a group discount for multiple attendees?

Yes! If you're registering 5 or more people from the same organization or family group, email us directly at our support address and we can discuss group pricing. We want to support teams and families planning relocations together.
