Read a quote carefully
Check which currency the rate is expressed in and whether the fee is added to the sending amount or deducted from the amount received. Compare the final pesos delivered for the same total cost, not only a headline rate.
For USD to COP, multiply dollars by pesos per dollar. For COP to USD, divide pesos by pesos per dollar. If your provider quotes a different currency pair, do not reuse that figure in this tool.
